      BeschreibungIhre Aufgaben als Werkstattleiter (m/w/d) Standortübergreifend Für diese Position steigen Sie zunächst als Werkstattleiter ein und entwickeln sich mit einem 2 Jahresplan zum Niederlassungsleiter weiter. Sie betreuen die Filialen der Niederlassung und übernehmen die Führungsverantwortung der Mitarbeiter. Weiter verantworten Sie Einhaltung und Erreichen der Zielvorgaben, optimieren die Abläufe des Tagesgeschäfts und begleiten Filialleiter und Techniker bei Kundenbesuchen. Nach längerer Einarbeitung haben Sie die Möglichkeit eine weitere Niederlassung zu übernehmen. Sie haben direkten Kundenkontakt und übernehmen zudem vertriebliche Aufgaben.
