Ihre Aufgaben
- Further development of Training Concept for Mega Project Asia
- Interface Management to Technical Academy for existing and to be developed Trainings
- Managing Training sessions
- Managing/helping to coordinate elaboration of Experts Content/Training
- Elaboration of Train the Trainer Concept in some areas
- Leasons Learned and development of individual Trainings
- Operation of taylormade “Training Workflow” for every employee
- Set up of Controlling/Reporting for the status of Mega Project Asia-Training”
- Support EM/PM in all aspects of Document Management and Correspondence Management
- Support of Project Teams in filing of engineering and general project documents in Document Management Systems
- Training/onboarding project teams in Document and Correspondence Management processes and IT systems
- Consult on setup of Document & Correspondence Management with individual Capex Project team, include recent lessons learned
- Perform hands-on correspondence management and document control during LCP Project
- Compile and maintain best practices, e.g. check lists for project setup in Document & Correspondence Management System
- Advise on Document Management relating procedures and handbooks
- Provide input on Project Correspondence Management Procedure to be included in contractual documents
- Transfer of Engineering “Packages” and Final Project Documentation for Project Teams
- Assist with set up of collaboration with external parties in DMS/CMS
Unsere Anforderungen
- Extensive experienced in training and coaching
- Self-organization and capacity to abstract problems
- Know how in Document Management and Correspondence Management IT systems
- SharePoint Power User experience
- Experience in engineering processes related to document management
- Capable of supporting multiple LCP projects in parallel
- Good English and German skills, both written and spoken
- Structured thinking and working
