Ihre Aufgaben
- Implementing and administering human resources programs, policies and practices in a HR service model and/or through local (on-site) support
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of HR service areas and answering employee inquiries pertaining to HR programs, processes, procedures and communications
- Responding to employee service needs such as document requests, employment form completion, onboarding assistance, benefits administration or other HR functions as assigned
- Resolution of customer requests on above HR topics
- Planning, coordination and execution of operational cycle activities and consulting on these HR topics
- Administer/support international assignments (incl. e.g., expatriate administration)
- Assess current mobility programs, practices and policies alongside the business needs
- Ensure robust monitoring of all issues touching the Mobile population globally
- Assist with Employee Relations activities
- Administration of Executives onboarding
Unsere Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- HR certificate is nice to have
- People management skills
