Ihre Aufgaben
- Manage payroll accounting for a selected group of employees for UK/IE in close collaboration with our external payroll providers
- Manage monthly payroll cycle using quality systems
- Clarify issues concerning country-specific regulations and resolve second-level support tickets
- Share expertise during training and by creating content for the knowledge base
- Contribute in cross-functional projects as expert to any topics regarding payroll
Unsere Anforderungen
- Degree in Business or completed vocational training
- Several years of work experience in the payroll environment of a shared service center in a large- to medium-sized company
- Experience in the cooperation with external payroll providers beneficial
- Sound understanding of legal regulations (income tax, social security) in countries of the EMEA region an asset
- Practical know-how in using MS Office, especially Excel, as well as SAP SuccessFactors and OpenText
- Ability to work independently in an organised, efficient and disciplined way of working
- Very good communication skills in English, German language skills are welcome
