Ihre Aufgaben

  • Support project management in project deliveries such as planning, reporting, risk management and coordination
  • Help the team to improve their ways of working and communication to the business
  • Contribute to deliver to transversal topics with the IT, Procurement department
  • Support the Product Owner for operational digital solutions during development, deployment and in service support for the divisions
  • Support in Design and validation of a solution outline together with IT, the internal customers and the Digital Transformation teams
  • Contribute to the definition of the deployment strategy and the change management plan
  • Align with the Procurement Academy on trainings for new digital skills
  • Support delivery of transversal projects related to SupplyChain and its ecosystem
  • Report to project management office on the activity
  • Support to Head of management on internal team activities and strategic topics
  • Ensure consistency of the tool and decide to include specifies per plant/country into tool
  • Steering Committee preparations
  • Decommission of the tool if necessary
  • Daily work in close collaboration with IT and Business teams for all the sprints
  • Specify/propose business needs to be included in the backlog, validates all the developments
  • Communicate with the core team on main achievements/decisions and report challenges to the Business project team
  • Detect overlapping between Digital and Non Digital initiatives
