  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating all national and international meetings
  • Organizing the Team through scheduling, agenda setting, timekeeping, minutes taking
  • Managing the ToDo list
  • Tracking and archiving for the recurring Team Meetings
  • Takeovering the external information management and support business processes within the organization unit
  • Guiding the internal and external correspondence in German and English
  • Monitoring and handle expenses, Purchasing Orders and invoices including budget tracking and management
  • Onboarding of new employees, vendors and freelancers incl. contracts, approvals from internal consulting, and other authorities, as well as independent screening and selection of applicants
  • Manage and handle bigger and smaller events, off- and online, including agency support as required
