Erfahrungen
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Economics
- Several years of experience in procurement, engineering, services, or project management
- Proven record of successful stakeholder management in a matrix environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Proficient in German, fluent in English
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to persuade, influence, and convince
- Capability of understanding markets, the Supply Chain, and how the business works

Develop relationships with suppliers like Collins, Thales, Cobham, Viasat, etc., and manage complex work packages
Execute sub-commodity strategies, including market analysis, tendering, negotiations, and long-term contracts
Conduct supplier evaluation, financial analysis, and risk management
Understand commodity trends, cost drivers, global pricing, market trends, and material lead times
Coordinate activities within Multifunctional Teams (MFT) to ensure successful sub-commodity management
Contribute to company profitability and project expansion in line with the growth strategy
Lead bids, tenders, and supplier selection processes
Drive procurement/value creation projects for synergies and savings
