  • Leading and coordinating contract and claim management activities across the operations in Friedberg
  • Identifying contract baselines and conducting risk assessments
  • Reviewing, negotiating, and managing selected contracts and non-disclosure agreements in close collaboration with the legal and business teams
  • Drafting and managing legal correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Supporting the legal team in the resolution of disputes, claims, litigation, and arbitration
  • Protecting the contractual position throughout the project lifecycle, including change and deviation management
  • Ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct as well as global and local contract management standards and tools
