Ihre Aufgaben

  • Advising End clients and Business clients in Europe on Sales done through our Online Boutique and on After Sales topics
  • Liaising with clients by Phone, E-mail and Chat in the respective languages: Either in English or English/French or English/Spanisch or English/Italian
  • Recognizing and strengthening customers’ interest in purchasing, converting it into phone orders and support them by phone entering online orders.
  • Independent handling of customer requests for repair status, price, product and technical explanations, liaise with the Customer Service department.
  • Generating additional sales (via cross-selling and up-selling ) and increasing the average basket by building a relationship with our customers, storytelling, and being a product expert.
  • Accurate entry and maintenance of client data in the internal systems.
  • Handling of complaints via phone, email or chat • Ensuring a follow up on requests related to Sales delivery times or Service repair times.
