  • We are looking for a well-organized and structured person, able to plan and execute Customer delight projects in alignment with Miele’s brand and customer experience strategy and empower cross-functional collaboration.
  • We need someone with international experience and perspective, who will work in a highly dynamic, diverse, and international team, shaping how Miele is perceived by customers across the globe.
  • Your Responsibilities
  • • You manage cross-functional customer experience projects to leave a perceivable und relevant impact on our branded customer journey
  • • You analyze touchpoints influence and propose Customer delight initiatives to impact the meaningfulness, difference and salience of our brand
  • • You gather and consolidate customer feedback, analyze customer KPIs, and identify bot pain points and delight moments — turning insights into actionable initiatives
  • • You oversee pilot projects in selected markets and at key touchpoints to test und optimize new approaches that enhance the customer experience
  • • You develop and define customer personas and representative profiles to netter understand and meet the needs and expectations of our customers
