Ihre Aufgaben
- Managing and overseeing all activities on the assigned construction site to ensure execution is on time, within budget, and as per contractual requirements
- Acting as the primary interface to the customer on all contractual matters and maintaining professional relationships with local authorities
- Fostering a safety-first culture by ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans and regulations by all personnel
- Driving site activities to achieve contractual milestones and managing workforce requirements effectively
- Handling change management on-site, including the preparation and negotiation of variation orders to subcontractors
- Ensuring that all activities meet quality standards and that all relevant records are created and archived accurately
- Managing the site budget and ensuring that costs remain within the defined project limits
