You’ll partner closely with teams across Google to drive programs and initiatives that enhance Google’s HR compliance strategy. Manage timelines, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals and impact to stakeholders.Review existing practices and policies to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations to address deficiencies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as People Ops, Security and Privacy, Legal, and Engineering.
