If you answered “yes,” then working in our growing Launch Finance team is the right place for you.Who we areThe Launch Finance team is an organization that supports Launch Operations and is a part of the wider Infrastructure Finance team that supports Real Estate, Design & Construction, Procurement, and Engineering within the Fulfillment Center network. We are responsible for all financial and operations planning for Fulfillment Center Launches, drive standardization for financial reporting for new Launches, drive cost-out initiatives together with the business teams, and create key management information dashboards for our business partners.Career OpportunitiesThe Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to work with Director Level Operators and Finance professionals, as well as work closely with a cross functional team supporting new launches. Make #x201D;Key Responsibilities:#Oversee the EU Ops Engineering weekly and monthly close processes, the planning, forecasting, and reporting models. Coordinate and draft relevant narratives for Operating Plans and other identified initiatives.#Build scalable reporting tools that dive deep into variances to support build the financial narrative around actuals and plan.#Own key financial and operational performance metrics. Use data to identify innovative ideas and provide advice to business leaders. Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall financial performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement.#Use financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets.#Direct continuous cost improvements. Present, defend and gain support for these initiatives from senior management.Your Profile#BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field ( , Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent.#Minimum 3+ years of finance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR IN ENGLISHPreferred Qualifications# Knowledge of Distribution Center processes and systems a plus# Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) MBA and/or Professional certifications (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate)Standard Images
