For more information, visit .Job DescriptionYou will help drive the Data & AI Practice and play a critical role in advising clients on the application of data as a key asset to their business success.In addition, you will assist in project delivery of digital transformation projects to help global organizations improve customer understanding to drive client growth.As an expert in Data & Analytics as a key driver of digital transformation, you will collaborate with colleagues across different departments, industries and geographies.In doing so, you will ensure that solutions we bring to market are increasingly data-driven, while also helping to identify new business opportunities and customer growth.Your ImpactAdvising clients on the strategic use of data across the business, as well as designing and supporting the development of data & analytics products and solutions as part of large digital transformation programsProjects in the wider practice include (but are not limited to) Customer & Marketing Analytics, applications of customer analytics such as segmentation, behavioral analysis, recommender systems and the application of insights from data to create personalized customer experiences and innovative digital products and servicesYou will help clients identify strategically important data and use analytics to address key customer and business needs and enable digital business transformation, particularly in the areas of sales & marketing as well a new digital services & product developmentYou advise customers and project teams on the strategic use of data, the development of "data assets", the assurance of data quality (data governance, data cataloging, etc.) and the organization around data & analytics ( analytics CoEs)You identify, develop, evaluate and prioritize use cases based on value vs. complexity (ROI) and map data related activities into roadmaps.You will assess our clients' data & analytics capabilities and guide them on their journey to higher data maturity.
