The area of responsibility includes: Project coordination - Order preparation for service jobs (material availability, necessary requirements at the customer, availability of SUB contractors, etc.) - Support of resource planning for complex orders (execution, material provision, plausibility calculation) - Internal/external order documentation - Holiday replacement in the Service team Material/logistics management - Optimised warehouse management for warehouse parts (central warehouse, rental warehouse and decentralised warehouses at SVT) - Timely and cost-effective material procurement incl. supplier management and evaluation - Spare parts dispatch and incoming goods control - Control of work reports for invoice preparation and material bookings in R12 - Monitoring of warehouse regulations / central tool storage - Stocktaking, stock optimisation and capital expenditure planning Controlling - Cost and delivery date control plant and suppliers - Support of the team in creating purchase orders / supplier selection - Technical and commercial follow-up of orders and shortfall margins - Monitoring of the monthly turnover from service and maintenance business according to the plan Organisational support at the branch office - Monitoring of EHS guidelines and legal requirements ( waste management, water management, occupational safety, fire protection, first aiders and building safety) - Management of vehicle fleet, accessories and other general resources - Coordination and documentation of waste disposal ( waste oil/refrigerant disposal, waste, shredding) - Tool and equipment handling Your profile: - Completed technical training (refrigeration system engineer, electrical/house technology or similar) with good basic commercial understanding, materials/warehouse management specialist or commercial training (industrial clerk or similar) with additional technical qualification. - Ideally, previous similar professional experience with a focus on project coordination and warehouse management - Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, goal-oriented work, high customer orientation internally / externally - Confident in dealing with changing priorities in day-to-day business - Team player and good coordination skills - Good knowledge of the MS Office package, experience in dealing with ERP/merchandise management systems an advantage - Good knowledge of English Your future place of work: Hamburg branch, Ohepark 1, 21224 Rosengarten - NenndorfWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
