WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Global People Strategy Manager will be responsible for helping to drive the People topic strategy in the Global C&S virtual system as well as supporting the Regions. The individual will coordinate closely with the regions and other Global functions (L&D, Recruiting, Finance) to ensure that our people objectives are met.More specifically:Oversee global C&S resource planning/progress tracking:Work with the Regions and Finance, as well as the Global PA team, to define the annual and mid-term resource plan, including a view on skill sets neededTrack progress against the plan and raise key issues / solutions to the leadershipWork with the Regions to understand blockages to the resource plan and share best practice across regionsDrive capability scale-up effort (incl. capability assessments in M&A context, link to C&S offer/topics, link to L&D…)Understand business and upskilling needs for the C&S consultants (and BCG overall)Help drive the overall capabilities scale up strategy with the PA Leadership and RegionsWork with the Global L&D colleagues to ensure development of the C&S L&D curriculum, continuously refining and updating as time goes on Create conditions for successful talent integration (in systems, CD processes, etc.)Help develop the onboarding and integration approach with the regions. Support regions in cross-regional sharing Work with the regions to develop the strategy for integration (best practices and management)Help drive overall culture and satisfaction of the C&S PA – creatively developing initiatives to drive “spirit”, “energy” of the C&S PA/SystemWork with the global and regional C&S to drive engagement and affiliation Monitor and proactively suggest resolutions to key people issue that arise (including in the People Survey, DE&I)Support diversity and inclusion effortsWork closely with our C&S and global Marketing teams to a) ensure we attract talent through attractive internal communication and b) strengthen our employer brand externallyDrive additional, people-related projects, Develop and manage the People dashboards/reports, allowing the team to pull People data at any given time.
